You can request RPC, RUG, Background Check, and other data without asking the entity to provide credentials. Syntage still creates an entity record to hold the request and its results, but you do not need to share an onboarding link or collect a CIEC, e.firma, or Buró de Crédito authorization.
Adding an entity creates a record in your organization. It does not mean that the person or company completed entity onboarding.
Choose a datasource
The information you need depends on the datasource and entity type.
Request the data
Identify the entity
Select Person or Company and enter the requested name and identifiers. For a person’s Background Check, enter both the RFC and CURP.
Select the data
Select the records or reports you want to request. Review the additional-cost icon before selecting BIL or the Company Verification Report.
Create the entity
Submit the request. Syntage creates the entity and starts the selected extractions. Review the results
Open the entity when the extraction finishes. Depending on the selection, the result appears in the entity’s Data or Reports section.
If you also select SAT data other than certificate lookup, or Buró de Crédito, the entity must provide credentials or authorization. The dashboard marks these selections as requiring onboarding.
Request more data later
You do not need to add the entity again. Open the existing entity, click Update data, select another datasource, and submit the extraction.
