Company verification reports provide verification metadata, basic profile data, and supporting files for companies. Detailed verification sections are available in the generated report files. These resources let you list reports, retrieve a specific report, retrieve reports for an entity, and download the generated PDF report. To retrieve people with currently effective powers from the entity’s most recent report, use the Current Powers insight. To retrieve shareholders, use GET /entities/{entityId}/insights/metrics/shareholders with relations.relationType=shareholders. When Company Verification data is available, the insight uses shareholder rows from the entity’s most recent report; manually entered values take precedence for relations that have both Company Verification and manual sources. Use the entity-scoped endpoint when your integration is working from a known entity. For report ID lookups or organization-wide pagination, use the top-level report endpoints. The PDF endpoint returns the generated report document directly. The JSON report resource contains the report metadata and file references available through the API.
