How do I add entities to Syntage?
Use All Entities and click Add entity for dashboard onboarding. The exact flow depends on the datasources you select.- Public datasources can be requested with entity information such as RFC or legal name.
- Private datasources require the entity to authorize access through an onboarding link or another supported authorization flow.
Can I consult data without entity authorization?
Yes, when the data comes from public datasources. Examples include RPC, RUG, BIL, SAT certificate lookup, and background checks. Private datasources such as SAT and Buró de Crédito require authorization from the entity. Can entities onboard with e.firma?
Yes, if e.firma onboarding is enabled for your organization. If you do not see the option, contact your CSM or Syntage Support to request access. How do I know if an entity completed onboarding?
Use SAT Credentials to review SAT onboarding attempts:- Open SAT Credentials.
- Filter by RFC.
- Review the credential status and creation date.
Why does the entity not appear after successful validation?
The entity may already exist. If an entity was previously created, a new onboarding attempt does not change the entity’s original creation date, so it may not move to the top of the entity list. Filter All Entities by RFC to find it directly. Why can’t an entity complete SAT onboarding?
If the registration flow reports that the RFC or password is incorrect, check:- The RFC is correct.
- The CIEC password is correct.
- The CIEC password has at least one letter and one number.
- The CIEC password has 8 to 20 characters.
- The entity is not entering the e.firma password in the CIEC flow.
- e.firma portable is not enabled.
Why can’t I refresh SAT data for an existing entity?
The SAT credential may have become invalid. This can happen if the entity changes the SAT password or if e.firma access expires. To check:- Open All Entities.
- Open the entity’s status details.
- Look for a SAT credential status such as invalid credential.
