Where can I see my current plan?
Open Plan and Billing. This page shows the limits included in your plan, including processed entities and extractions.
What does processed entity mean?
A processed entity is an RFC that has at least one extraction during the current month. For plan limits, the entity is counted once for that month even if your organization creates multiple extractions for the same RFC.
Creating an entity and processing an entity are different. Creating an entity adds it to Syntage. Processing an entity happens when Syntage creates at least one extraction for it in the month.
How can I check how many entities I have processed?
You can check usage in two places:
- Plan and Billing shows processed entity usage under plan limits.
- Extractions lets you filter extractions by month and export the result to review which RFCs were processed.
What happens when I reach my processed entity limit?
When your organization reaches the processed entity limit, Syntage may stop operating normally for additional entities until you increase the plan or enable additional usage.
To add usage:
- Open Plan and Billing.
- Use the configuration controls for Processed entities or Extractions.
- Select the additional usage needed.
- Save the change.
Only used additional entities or extractions are billed.
How do I increase my plan?
Contact your CSM or Syntage Support to request a plan change.
- Request the plan increase.
- Review and sign the service quote.
- Wait for Syntage to update the plan.
- Confirm the new limits from Plan and Billing.
Plan downgrades may require that your organization has remained in the current tier for a minimum period.
How do I add a payment method?
- Open Plan and Billing.
- Open Payment Method.
- Enter the card details.
- Click Add card.
Notify your CSM or Syntage Support if you need confirmation that the payment method was configured correctly.
Where can I download invoices issued by Syntage?
Open Plan and Billing and select the invoices section. You can review issued invoices, payment status, balance, due dates, and available XML or PDF files.
Where can I manage API keys?
- Open API Keys.
- Find the API key you need.
- Use the show or hide control to reveal and copy the key.
If you need to rotate the key, use Change. Rotating the key disables the previous key and creates a new one.
Treat the API key as a secret. Rotating it can break integrations that still use the previous key.
Developer setup details are in Developer overview.
