Use your trial period to validate the full workflow your team expects to run in production: onboarding, extractions, reports, data review, exports, and handoff to internal teams.

Test with real workflows

During the trial, complete at least one end-to-end test:
  1. Create an entity.
  2. Run the datasources and extractors that matter for your process.
  3. Review both Reports and Data.
  4. Download or export the documents your team normally needs.
  5. Confirm the output is enough for your credit, risk, legal, onboarding, or operations process.

Involve the right teams

Bring the teams that will use Syntage into the trial early. Depending on your use case, this may include commercial, credit analysis, risk, legal, compliance, product, engineering, or operations. Ask each team to review the parts of Syntage they will rely on, not only the initial onboarding flow.

Define your entity onboarding process

Document how your organization will ask entities to authorize access. A good onboarding process should explain:
  • Why your organization needs the information
  • Which datasources you will request
  • How the entity receives the onboarding link
  • Who follows up if the entity does not complete onboarding
  • What your team checks after validation succeeds

Check extraction results

After an entity completes onboarding, Syntage starts the configured first-time extractions. Review the extraction statuses before making decisions with the data. If an extraction fails or remains pending longer than expected, check whether the datasource is available, whether the entity’s credential or authorization is valid, and whether the extraction reached a datasource limit.

Tune recurring extraction rules

Recurring extractions keep data current, but they also consume plan usage. Use tags to target the entities that need monitoring and avoid running high-frequency rules for entities that do not need them. For details, read Extraction schedulers.
