An entity is the person or company your organization works with in Syntage. Most data in Syntage is connected to an entity, including SAT records, credentials, reports, extractions, insights, events, and tags. Entities give your organization a stable way to connect information from multiple datasources to the same subject. For example, a company can have SAT invoices, RPC filings, RUG guarantees, credit bureau reports, and Syntage insights connected to the same entity.

Identifiers

Entities can have identifiers such as RFC and CURP. For SAT workflows, the RFC identifies the taxpayer. For people, a CURP can also be stored as an identifier when available.

Tags

Tags help organize entities. Your organization can use tags for segmentation, monitoring, filtering entity lists, or targeting extraction schedulers.

Developer resources

Developers can create, update, and retrieve entities through the API. Start with Entity URLs for the current URL model, then use the Entities API Reference for endpoint details.
