How do I request a BIL report?

BIL extractions are not always automatic because they can have an additional cost. To request one from the dashboard:
  1. Open All Entities.
  2. Open the entity.
  3. Click Update data.
  4. Select Buró de Incidencias Legales (BIL).
  5. Create the extraction.
When the report is ready, Syntage sends a notification in the portal and by email.

How do I request a Buró de Crédito report?

Buró de Crédito reports require authorization from the entity. Depending on your setup, your organization may request reports using Syntage’s configured account or your own Buró de Crédito account connected to Syntage. If your organization uses its own Buró account, make sure the credentials are configured before requesting reports.

Is entity authorization required for Buró de Crédito?

Yes. Buró de Crédito information requires authorization from the entity. The authorization can be backed by a Buró-authorized NIP or the configured authorization process. Without authorization, Syntage cannot request the report.

How long does Buró de Crédito authorization last?

The support docs state that Buró de Crédito authorization lasts 3 years. After that, the entity needs to authorize access again.

Where can I find Buró de Crédito authorizations for an audit?

  1. Open the entity from All Entities.
  2. Go to Reports > Acts and assemblies - RPC.
  3. Download the relevant RPC documents.
  4. Go to Data > Shareholders.
  5. Add, edit, or delete shareholder records as needed.

What are background checks?

Background checks let your organization review public or authorized sources for a person or company. Depending on what is enabled, the check can include public records, legal incidents, lists, and identity-related information. Use background checks as part of a broader review process. They do not replace your organization’s legal, compliance, or risk policy.
