RPC socios represent shareholder or partner records found in RPC filings. A socio can include the shareholder status, nationality, names, RFC, CURP, share series, share count, total, value, and the RPC entidade it belongs to. Use RPC socios when your integration needs shareholder data from commercial registry filings. For normalized shareholder workflows, use the Shareholders resources; RPC socios are the underlying datasource records.

How RPC socios are collected

RPC socios are collected with the RPC extraction. After the extraction finishes, retrieve an RPC socio by ID when you need the raw datasource record. For implementation details, see Extraction request examples.
