Syntage now supports audited annual tax returns, also known as declaraciones anuales dictaminadas, as a native source of financial information. A dictamen fiscal is the review and certification of a taxpayer’s financial statements by a registered public accountant, filed with SAT through a separate channel from the standard annual tax return. From fiscal year 2022, audited annual tax returns are required for legal entities with accumulated income above about MXN 1.65 billion, updated annually, and for publicly traded companies. Other taxpayers can file them voluntarily.Financial statements are central to credit risk review. Even though only some companies file audited returns, those cases used to interrupt analysis. This integration makes audited annual return data available in the same Syntage workflows as the rest of the entity’s information.

Download the official audited annual tax return submitted to SAT from the dashboard or the API.
Audited financial statements
Balance sheet and income statement reports now use audited annual return data when it is available.
Enriched insights
Audited data also feeds summary insights, financial ratios, and risk indicators. When both standard and audited information are available for the same period, Syntage prioritizes the audited data.Fixes and improvements
